Returns & Exchanges

At Vanity Kloset, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return for store credit or you may exchange when it is presented in *new condition.


Eligible items may be returned for **online store credit only. Items purchased online may be exchanged in person at our Vanity Kloset store location (if you are in Houston). The original cost of shipping will not be refunded, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Vanity Kloset must receive the returned item within 7 business days. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Vanity Kloset is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Vanity Kloset does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Please follow the steps below for your return:
1. Notify us your return via email (thevanitykloset@gmail.com) with your order number.
2. Securely pack the necessary items.
3. Print the return label we sent via email and attach it to the package and ship the package back to us.
**Pre-paid return label will be sent to US domestic customers only.

-EXCHANGES & RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION-
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, free of makeup stains, unaltered, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:

Damaged Items:
Should you receive a damaged item(s), please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and add the attachment to the email along with a description of the damaged item(s), a picture of the paper invoice that was included inside your package and your Order Number. Once we receive your request and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please submit a request via email within two (2) days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with a picture of the paper invoice that was included inside your package and your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.
